Aspiron Search am partnered with a rapidly growing Series-B Italian founded Cyber Security company who specialize in the embedded / IoT security space. They are looking for a Head Of Marketing to come in with a strong strategy to transform the business’ marketing efforts globally.
They are a business with global presence, with current ARR in at $4M +, this hire is pivotal to grow the business to $10M >
The Role:
- Leading the marketing efforts on a global front
- Re designing the current marketing approach for both branding and product
- Take a hold of the business strategy and implement some strategic goals for them to achieve (we would look for around 15% of sales to come from marketing efforts
- Owning the marketing strategy
- Capable of controlling a budget and knowledge on where best to grow the team.
- Making Embedded security a forefront topic
The right person will:
- Based in the UK, Nordics, USA
- A go getter individual that will be happy to wear many hats
- Bring fresh ideas and not be afraid to test and measure their success
