Aspiron Search are exclusively working with a Series B IoT vendor, specializes in transforming healthcare through innovative connected devices. We’re expanding in the DACH region and seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to drive new business and develop strategic healthcare relationships.
Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Director will lead business development efforts in the DACH region, driving new healthcare client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This is a hunter role focused on expanding our market presence and delivering revenue growth through IoT healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new healthcare clients across DACH.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term client relationships, focusing on hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Sales Execution: Lead the sales cycle, meeting or exceeding targets, and managing the full sales process.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional healthcare needs.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years in sales, preferably in healthcare tech or IoT.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in DACH.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
